Treasure Hunt
Sponsored by Gold Nugget Mining Supply
The Treasure Hunt is a kinder, gentler version of the Nugget Shooting Derby. As with the Derby, contestants must use a metal detector to find the prizes, but in this case the prizes themselves, which are coins, jewelry, gold nuggets  and collectible artifacts, have been buried in the target zone. The hunting area is a much gentler landscape, and it's "Finders Keepers"! Winner is determined by the weight of items collected.
