This is an outdoor event.

Entry fee for
Horseshoe Pitching Tournament is $10/person if submitted before
Sept. 15. After Sept. 15, entry fee will be $15.

Entry forms must be
submitted by 10:00AM, Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010.

There will be no
cancellations for weather.

Handicapping will
begin at 9:00 AM on Saturday.

Competition will
begin immediately following and will continue until all competitors
have been eliminated.

Contestants may use
their own horseshoes, provided they are deemed legal by the judges.

This competition will
be conducted according to the rules suggested by the National
Horseshoe Pitchers Association for Round Robin Tournament Play.

A cash prize will be
awarded to the winners. First Place will be awarded a trophy &
40% of the entry fees collected for the Tournament, with a minimum
of $100. Second Place will be awarded 20% and Third Place will be
awarded 10%.

The decisions of the
judges are final.

Awards will be made in
the Amphitheatre at the end of the day.
The sponsors of this
event will not be liable for any event or contract failures
whatsoever caused by weather,
natural causes, acts of
God, or any other conditions beyond the control of the sponsors,
etc.
