Invitation to Vendors

You are cordially invited to participate in the 7th Annual Coyote Melon Festival, to be held at Mojave Drums Campground in Meadview, AZ on September 18 & 19, 2010. 

 

The charge for an artisan’s 10’ x 10’ space is $35 for the two-day event and includes free overnight camping.  Food Vendor spaces are 10” X 20” for $75. In addition, a limited number spaces are available for flea market/commercial products.

All craft products must be the handcrafted work of the exhibitor(s).  Absolutely no manufactured or imported crafts will be allowed in the crafters’ area.  First time exhibitors are required to submit photos of product and description or photo of booth.  Exhibitor selection criteria are as follows (listed in order of importance:

Appearance of booth
Previous participation
Type of craft
Available photo of work
Completed application
Completed payment
Entry deadline

Vendors may start setting up on Friday after 12 noon.   No vehicles are allowed in booth space during the festival.  You may unload and load at space but vehicles must be moved afterwards.   Parking is provided for vendors along with overnight RV parking.

 

Vendors must be open on time both days, for the full length of the event. Early takedown will result in exclusion in future events.
