Invitation to Vendors

You are cordially invited to participate in the 6th Annual Coyote Melon Festival to be held in Meadview, AZ on Sept. 19 & 29, 2009. The Festival will feature a Chili Cook-Off, a Horseshoe Pitching Tournament, a Nugget Shooting Derby, a Coyote Melon Launching contest & a Treasure Hunt. In addition there will be “The Great Coyote Melon Art Contest”, gourd craft workshops, artisans’ booths, free live entertainment both days and of course our benefit auction for Feed The Children. A new feature of the auction this year will be the option to submit a sealed bid in advance of the live auction! Highest bid, written or live, will win the item! We will continue to present the live auction at noon on   both days so that shoppers will not be distracted from vendors' booths for too long a period. Take a lunch break and join the fun! It's all for a great cause. All vendors will receive a thank you letter from Feed The Children for their participation in the Festival!

The charge for an artisan’s 10’x10’ booth space is $35 for the two day event. The booth may be shared with one other artist for an additional $10 or presented by a Club or Organization for $50. All products must be the handcrafted work of the exhibitor/s. New vendors are required to submit a   photo and/or description of your product with the application. Preference will be given to art work using gourds and other natural materials, fine art, primitive art/craft techniques and crafts using natural materials.

NO imported or manufactured goods will be accepted.

The fee for a food vendor space is $75.00. Electricity is an additional $15/day.

Vendor fees include free overnight camping and parking.
